Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: the apartment is available from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. It is necessary to communicate the exact time of arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

Cancellation policies and disclaimers

It'll be possible to cancel your reservation till 9 days before your arrival, after that in case of cancellation it will be applied the following penalties:

from 9 days until 6 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 20% of the total amount;
from 5 days until 4 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 50% of the total amount;
from 3 days until 1 day before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 80% of the total amount;
the day of the stay or no show at all: a charge of 100%.

The penalties will be directly charged to your credit card number. In case of reservation, read and accept all conditions written above.
